Terms and Conditions of Service for Setup Solutions LLC

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “User”), and Setup Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the setup-solutions.us website and our transportation and logistics dispatching services (collectively, the “Services”). Setup Solutions LLC provides truck dispatching, rate negotiation, billing, and administrative support services to carriers and owner-operators. We act as your agent solely for the purpose of securing loads, negotiating rates, and managing associated administrative tasks.
No Guarantee of Loads: While we strive to secure top-paying loads, we do not guarantee the availability or volume of freight or loads.
Carrier Responsibility: You, the carrier, remain solely responsible for the safe, timely, and lawful execution of all transportation services, including compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., DOT, FMCSA).
3. User Representations and Obligations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are a licensed and authorized motor carrier.
All information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete.
You possess all necessary insurance coverage, including cargo, liability, and worker’s compensation insurance.
4. Billing and Payment
Service Fees: You agree to pay all service fees and charges associated with the Services as outlined in your separate service agreement with Setup Solutions LLC.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay invoices in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of Services.
5. SMS Terms & Conditions
This section governs the use of SMS communication between you and Setup Solutions LLC.
5.1 SMS Consent Communication & Data Sharing Policy
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
The information such as Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Important Statement Regarding SMS Data Sharing: SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Setup Solutions LLC in the following ways:
Verbally, during a conversation with one of our representatives.
By submitting an online form where an SMS consent box is checked.
By filling out and submitting a paper consent form.
By texting a keyword (if provided by us) to our designated number.
